At Muksiya, we take pride in delivering high-quality makhana that is carefully packed and checked before dispatch. Since our products are food items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used.

However, refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or leaked package
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is expired or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery
  • Reporting an Issue

If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

Resolution

After verification:

  • A replacement or refund will be initiated
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste or preference issues
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
