1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

• Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹599.

3. Delivery Partner & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number. You can track your "Crunchy Health" pack directly through our delivery partner’s website.

4. Damaged Packaging
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it. Take a photo and contact us immediately at care@muksiya.com so we can resolve it for you.

5. Delivery Address
Please ensure the shipping address and phone number are correct to avoid delays. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.
